Bangkok, 10 April 2025 – The Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce (TICC) successfully hosted the “Industrial Committee Meeting and Aperitivo” on Wednesday, 9th April 2025, at the TICC Connect Office in Bangkok.

The event commenced with a closed-door seminar featuring presentations from Generali Thailand and Simest, offering insights into their services and touching on key topics of mutual interest for the Industrial Committee members. The session provided a valuable platform for knowledge exchange and discussion on current trends and challenges affecting the Italian industrial presence in Thailand.

Mr. Alberto La Lumia, Chairman of the Industrial Committee, remarked:
“It is a pleasure to kick off 2025 with the first meeting for the Committee, knowing and understanding the latest socio-economic conditions and the effects of the recent earthquake in Myanmar and Thailand. Together with President Federico Cardini, it will be important to provide our support to the Italian factories in Thailand.”

Following the seminar, participants enjoyed a relaxed Aperitivo networking session, fostering closer connections among professionals from the Thai-Italian industrial and business communities.

The event marks the first official Committee activity of the year and underscores TICC’s ongoing commitment to creating platforms that promote collaboration, information sharing, and community support among its members.
