Thai Spring Fish: A Celebration of Premium Seafood Excellence
On July 17, 2025, the Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce (TICC) welcomed members of the foodservice, hospitality, and retail sectors to TICC Connect for an exclusive event hosted by Thai Spring Fish Co., Ltd., a proud member of Italy’s renowned PanaPesca Group.
The event, organized in collaboration with TICC, showcased Thai Spring Fish’s premium frozen seafood products, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to sustainability, quality innovation, and compliance with international standards.
A key highlight of the evening was a live cooking demonstration led by Chef Gerardo Calabrese, Head Chef at Cantina BKK (Soho Hospitality Group). Guests were treated to a curated tasting menu, featuring:
