𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐤𝐨𝐤, 𝟐𝟎 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 - The 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢-𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞 (𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐂), in partnership with THAIFEX-Horec Asia, successfully hosted the third edition of𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚 𝐃𝐚𝐲. 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐖𝐚𝐲 at The Food School Bangkok, reaffirming the event as one of Thailand's leading platforms dedicated to promoting authentic Italian pasta, culinary excellence, and business networking within the food and hospitality industry.

 

Designed exclusively for 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐟𝐬, 𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬, 𝐅&𝐁 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬, 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬, 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬, the event brought together approximately 𝟏𝟎𝟎–𝟏𝟓𝟎 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 for an evening of networking, live cooking demonstrations, and tastings featuring premium Made in Italy ingredients.

 

Throughout the networking session, guests explored a series of live cooking stations where chefs prepared traditional or fusion pasta recipes using premium products supplied by the event's partners. The interactive format allowed attendees to discover the versatility of Italian pasta, exchange ideas with industry professionals, and build new commercial relationships in an informal yet highly professional environment.
