Bangkok, 20 October 2026 – The Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce (TICC), through its ICT & Digital Transformation Committee, successfully hosted the seminar “From Digital Ambition to Business Results” at TICC Connect, bringing together business leaders and technology professionals from the Thai-Italian business community.
The seminar explored a key challenge facing organisations today: while many have launched AI and digital transformation initiatives, turning these investments into measurable business outcomes remains a challenge.
Led by Mr. Giampaolo Carli, Chairman of the ICT & Digital Transformation Committee, the discussion covered practical approaches to measuring ROI from AI investments, identifying high-impact use cases, managing organisational change, and strengthening cybersecurity and governance while maintaining the pace of innovation.
The session concluded with a networking segment, providing participants with an opportunity to exchange insights, share experiences, and explore potential collaborations.
