Fundraising Initiative for Via Emilia

𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐕𝐢𝐚 𝐄𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚
On the night of 15 June 2026, a fire broke out at Via Emilia Restaurant, one of Bangkok's most beloved destinations for authentic Emilia-Romagna cuisine, built over the years under the vision of founder Mr. Andrea Bernardi. The damage has forced the restaurant to suspend operations, with real consequences for the employees and families who depend on it.

In response, TICC is launching a fundraising initiative to stand with the people behind Via Emilia during this difficult time. The best way to help? Join us during Pasta Day. Living the Italian Way on 20th July 2026, 18:00-20:00 at The Food School Bangkok. 

Voluntary donations can be made via bank transfer before or during the event - but your presence is just as valuable as your contribution. Now in its third edition, Pasta Day brings together Chefs, Hospitality & F&B operators, Media, and Influencers for an evening of live cooking, tastings, and networking, spotlighting the best of Made in Italy in the F&B world. This year also debuts the first-ever BEST Lasagna. Professional Competition, where participants compete for the most delicious, creative, and visually stunning lasagna or baked pasta dish.
