Company Background (for Business Directory): Pizza Massilia was born in 2015 as a Pizza Truck in Sala Daeng (Bangkok, Thailand), later opened its first dine-in branch in 2016. It now counts 2 dine-in branches, 1 cloud kitchen and 2 pizza trucks. Pizza Massilia is not just a pizzeria, it's an Art of Living. The concept of our Gourmet Pizza is pleased to discern all the Italian excellence expression of the best artisanal ingredients. Pizza Massilia is not only a restaurant, but it contributes to make festivals and private events special too with its unique vehicles: a Pizza Truck and a Pizza Tuk Tuk, with the goal of highlight the Italian culinary tradition and authenticity. Pizza Massilia has been awarded Best Pizza in Thailand 2021, #6 Best Pizza in APAC and #45 Best Pizza in the world in 2022.
Description of products/services: Pizza Massilia is well-known around Asia and the world for its pizza. It uses only the best artisan products from Italy, such as Extra Virgin Olive Oil Bio, Mortadella from Bologna, Black Truffle from Alba, San Marzano Tomato DOP, DOCG Burrata, DOCG Mozzarella, Piennolo tomatoes from Vesuvio, and a mix of organic flours from Italy. As a pizzeria, Pizza Massilia developed the concept of “gourmet pizza” and it is the first one in Thailand to serve gluten-free pizza, with the aim of making this landmark food accessible to everyone.
