Company Background (for Business Directory): Vespiario (Thailand) Co., Ltd, established in August 2009, by 3 young entrepreneurs with shared passion and interests for the ‘two - wheels culture’, especially in scooters and motorcycles. With a mission to bring back the new generation of Vespa scooters to the streets of Thailand, and to propel the brand to its rightful place as a ‘cult brand’ amidst the heart of Thai urban and youth culture once again, the board of directors put emphasis in forming a small but vibrant company with creative driven employees to reflect the company’s vision, mission, and the Vespa brand heritage and identity. Most recently in December 2016, Vespiario added two Italian legendary motorcycle brands “Aprilia” and “Moto Guzzi” to its brand portfolio, and also re-launched Italian premium scooter brand “Piaggio” in one time. This recent move officially has established Vespiario as the sole distributor of Piaggio Group in Thailand, enhancing the potential to match diverse preferences of the riders with its irresistible offerings, including premium scooters and motorcycles. Apart from the sales and marketing activities, the company is active in giving back to the society through its on-going CSR project started in February 2012. “Help Save One Life by Giving a Kid a Helmet” project’s core mission is to promote the awareness for Thai children to wear helmet when riding motorcycles.
