Company Background (for Business Directory): Operating since 2014, Peppina has been named the 5 th best pizza in APAC, and the 34 th best pizza in the world by prestigious 50 Top Pizzas; We were also the first pizzeria in Thailand to be recognized by the AVPN. In order to make the very best pizza possible, we take pride in using the finest Italian produce, flown in from Italy several times a week - flour from Caputo, San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte Agerola, Cetara anchovies and many other artisanal Italian ingredients to use in creating our award winning, signature Neapolitan style pizzas.
Description of products/services: Peppina is more than just a pizzeria, we serve top quality grilled meats and steaks, all cooked in our custom-built wood burning oven. We offer an extensive selection of imported cheese and cold cuts, a range of fresh salads such as our Burrata Caprese or Shaved Asparagus with Anchovy and of course we have pasta, from Tagliatelle “Fatte in Casa” with sausage meat and porcini ragu to Spaghettoni allo Scoglio and a classic Gnocchi alla Sorrentina amongst others. Our carefully curated winelist features not only Italian regional wines but a diverse selection of international wines chosen to pair carefully with our menu. We are also available for outside events such as weddings, and large-scale caterings using either our custom-built pizza truck, or our two Gozney ovens.
