Company Background (for Business Directory): HOMA is a joint venture between Asia Capital Real Estate (ACRE), a global real estate private equity firm, and NOON Capital (NOON), a Thai multi-family housing developer. Founded in 2011, ACRE manages capital for institutional and family office investors through a series of private equity and debt funds and currently has more than $2.9 billion in assets under management. NOON has a strong track record in developing and managing affordable condominiums for sale in Thailand. NOON currently has eight existing projects in Thailand (four completed, four under construction). Its team has also been involved in several large hospitality projects as contractors and consultants since the mid-2000s.

Description of products/services: HOMA is a leader in the provision of full-service, co-living apartments that offer affordable, design-led accommodation. Helping residents to “Live A Better Life”, HOMA’s projects are modern, sustainable and community-focused with short- or long-term rental options. Each fully-furnished apartment features the facilities of a four-star hotel and professional hospitality services, including 24- hour reception and security, housekeeping, and community programming. HOMA currently has three projects in Thailand with six more in the pipeline and plans to expand into other markets across Asia Pacific in the coming years.
