Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Sales Executives to exceed monthly sales targets

  • Hire new Sales Executives and monitor their performance

  • Develop and implement sales strategies & action plans

  • Maintain an excellent reporting of customer & prospect database

  • Visit major clients & prospects to negotiate contracts & prices

Qualifications:

  • Thai / EXPAT

  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in Sales or Business Development

  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in Sales or Business Development

  • Minimum 2 years proven experience in Sales team Management

  • Good command of English (Written & spoken)

  • Leader, self-motivated, with excellent communication skills

  • Excellent reporting capacities, attention to details
