About Us: Jagota Brothers Trading Co., Ltd. is one of Thailand’s leading importers and distributors of premium food products. We supply top-tier ingredients to the country's finest hotels, restaurants, and retail outlets (HORECA). We are currently expanding our European portfolio and are looking for a passionate and driven Market Development Executive to champion our premium Italian food categories (e.g., artisanal pasta, premium cheeses, cold cuts, and truffles).
The Role: As a Market Development Executive for our Italian product line, you will be the key driver in expanding our market presence within the premium HORECA sector. You will act not just as a salesperson, but as a culinary consultant, matching our high-quality Italian ingredients with the specific needs of Executive Chefs, F&B Directors, and Restaurant Owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and acquire new B2B clients (fine-dining restaurants, luxury hotels, authentic Italian pizzerias, and premium cafes) to drive the sales of our Italian food portfolio.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat orders.
- Product Expertise: Conduct professional product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations to chefs and purchasing managers, highlighting the origin, quality, and application of our Italian ingredients.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new restaurant openings to capture new business opportunities.
- Sales Target: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, actively reporting on pipeline and forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage, FMCG, or HORECA industry.
- A genuine passion for and strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and premium ingredients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
