Position: Area Manager

Management - Area/Multi-site (Retail & Consumer Products)

Location: Bangkok/ Phuket

Responsibilities:

·        Manage multiple Wine Pro Branches

·        Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals

·        Optimizing and overseeing operations to ensure efficiency

·        Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions

·        Maintain wine shop protocols and procedures

·        Ensure continued and profitable sales growth and excellent customer service in the assigned operations, through effective management

·        Insure recruitment of team members

·        Insure optimum stock levels of inventory

·        Train and develop sales staff

·        Insure preventive maintenance of multi branches

·        Insure optimal merchandising in the branches

·        Ensure wine shop cleanliness and organize maintenance of the facility

·        Provide timely and accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports

Qualifications:

·        Open to both Thai nationals and international applicants

·        Proven experience as area manager, store manager, assistant manager or similar managerial role

·        Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

·        Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

·        Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation

·        Excellent problem-solving abilities

·        Wine or Foreign food knowledge is a plus

·        Excellent presentation skills and service mind.

·        Excellent English communication
