Administrative Intern (Unpaid)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Intern to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in office management and administrative operations within a dynamic, international business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily administrative tasks and general office maintenance.
Manage printing, scanning, and document preparation as required.
Monitor and restock food & beverage supplies for the office.
Keep track of stationery and office supplies, ensuring timely reorders.
Support the coordination of office-related purchases and supplier orders.
Assist with event preparation and on-site support when needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field (Business Administration, Management, or related studies).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills in English (Thai and Italian are a plus).
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
