[PPR] Pasta Day in partnership with Rustichella d’Abruzzo 2nd Edition
Bangkok, 15 September 2025 – The Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce (TICC), in partnership with Rustichella d'Abruzzo, hosted the second edition of Pasta Day at The Food School Bangkok.
The celebration highlighted the richness of Italian culinary tradition, with live cooking demonstrations and tastings prepared by distinguished chefs: Francesco Lenzi (Chef & Owner, Lenzi Tuscan Kitchen), Theerawat Chuensomboon (Chef & F&B Director, Metas Lumphini Hotel), Nopparut Audkanta (Executive Chef, Seva Marriott Executive Apartments), Marco Avesani (Executive Chef, La Bottega Bangkok), and Prasert Champhum (Executive Chef, sorrentosathorn). Using Rustichella d’Abruzzo’s premium ingredients, they presented authentic regional or Thai-fusion recipes that showcased the artistry of pasta in its many forms.
The event gathered approximately 150 professionals from Bangkok’s F&B and HoReCa sectors, including restaurateurs, distributors, and food enthusiasts, creating a platform to experience and share Italian excellence. It also featured the monthly Aperitivo Italiano, offering Chamber members and friends an informal space to network, socialize, and strengthen business connections.
