 The Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce (TICC) is a private, voluntary, non-profit organization registered in 1979 and composed of Italian and foreign juridical and physical persons. Based in Bangkok, the TICC fosters the development of commercial, industrial and cultural relationships between Italian and Thai economic organizations and entrepreneurs. Its main task is to spread awareness among the two countries’ governmental bodies and public administrations through the cooperation and implementation of programs of common interest. read more

“One-start One-stop" Service Centre
 Thai government plans to establish a “One-start One-stop” Service Centre under
Prime Minister Office to be the only one channel that foreign investors need to
contact. It is the government’s effort to eliminate the red tape and to facilitate foreign
investors contact with all relevant government agencies in order to create a
conducive atmosphere for business activities.
The “One-start One-stop” Service
Centre will cover visa, work permits, investment laws and trade agreements. This
“One-start One-stop” Service Centre is expected to start the operation in October at

Cooperation with BoI, DEP and OSMEP
|
|
Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce (TICC) visited the Office of Board of Investment (BoI), the Department of Export Promotion (DEP) and the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (OSMEP) to discuss possible cooperation to promote trade and investment activities between Thailand and Italy. TICC also invited BoI, DEP and OSMEP to be Guest speakers at a “Get Together” and requested for special articles and interviews to be published in TICC’s website and INFORMA magazine.
Moreover, TICC has finalized a cooperation with OSMEP to set up an Italian Service Desk in order to support the businesses for Italian and Thai Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The Italian Service Desk will assist Thai SMEs in expanding business in Italy and Italian SMEs business in Thailand.
