Restaurant Operations Manager - ISF Group

Key Responsibilities
1. New Location Development
* Manage all pre-opening activities including hiring, supplier onboarding, inventory planning, and staff training.
* Develop and implement SOPs that align with the restaurant’s identity and established quality standards.
* Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and efficient setup.
2. Multi-Location Operational Oversight
* Align operations across both locations to ensure consistency in quality, service standards, and atmosphere.
* Serve as the key liason between the original and new location to uphold unified operations and standards.
3. Team Management & Cultural Alignment
* Recruit and train staff who embody the restaurant’s values and service style.
* Ensure smooth communication and cultural alignment between kitchen and service staff, and maintain the Italian style of hospitality and guest experience through direct front-of-house leadership.
4. Performance & Quality Control
* Monitor KPIs including service efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
* Generate regular performance reports and operational insights for senior leadership.
* Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements where needed.
5. Financial & Administrative
* Monitor daily sales and expenses; manage cash handling and end-of-day reconciliations
* Control labor and food costs to meet targets
* Prepare regular reports for ownership
* Set and achieve sales and profit goals
6. Marketing & Promotions
* Collaborate on marketing and social media campaigns
* Coordinate special events and seasonal promotions
* Build relationships with loyal customers and the community
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations management.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with hands-on experience in service operations
* Deep familiarity with Italian cuisine, dining customs, and hospitality standards.
* Solid understanding of restaurant financials, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and P&L reporting
* Native or fluent Italian speaker strongly preferred to help maintain authenticity in product and guest interaction.
* Bilingual (Italian/English) required; Thai language skills are a plus.
* Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a hands-on, high-accountability environment
