
Position Overview
Yarix is seeking an experienced Managing Director for our Thailand operations. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with a proven track record of scaling sales teams and a deep passion for cybersecurity. This role is responsible for all business-related objectives, including sales and marketing, with a clear mandate to increase revenue, expand market share, and manage the local team. Success will be primarily measured by achieving and surpassing sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Sales & Business Growth: Develop and execute an aggressive sales strategy to drive new business acquisition and expand our customer base in Thailand and the broader APAC region.
· Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and implement a robust go-to-market strategy that positions Yarix as a leader in the competitive cybersecurity landscape.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
· Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
· Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the global sales and technical teams to ensure alignment and leverage our collective expertise to win new business.
· Travel Requirement: Willing to travel and work in an international group (europe/italy based); and attend international meetings with europeans colleagues when necessary.
Qualifications
· Language requirement: Fluent in Thai and English.
· Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a senior sales leadership role within the cybersecurity industry in Thailand or the APAC region.
· Sales Acumen: A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
· Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies, with the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Leadership: Demonstrated experience in building, managing, and motivating successful sales teams.
· Network: An established network of contacts and relationships within the Thai business community.
· Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
