MOVIEMOV Italian Film Festival 2011
In occasion of the month of the Italian Culture in Bangkok, which presents various activities related to art, music and fashion, the first Moviemov Italian Film Festival will be held, as an opportunity to develop new routes for a cultural exchange between Italy and Thailand.
The festival will present not only a showcase on Italian contemporary cinema, but also retrospectives and tributes, master classes and an exhibition dedicated to the relationship between the famous Italian couturier Fernanda Gattinoni and the biggest cinema stars at the time of Hollywood on the Tiber.
In order to compare contemporary films with the work of Masters of Cinema, a special tribute will be paid to Mario Monicelli, one of the most famous Italian Comedy directors, through the projection of 7 titles.
