Italian Cooking Class “ WE CAN GET TOGETHER ”

to benefit Thailand’s underprivileged children of Unicef

Central Food Retail Company Limited (CFR) and Italian Trade Commission in Bangkok has arranged a series of Italian cooking classes for all those who love Italian food.  Six top Bangkok-based Italian chefs in five-star hotel & restaurants were the instructors. The participation fee has been donated to UNICEF for underprivileged children. 

Three classes have developed three different Italian culinary themes: From North of Italy to the South, A Journey through the Market, and Authentic Sicilian Menu.

Each class has been conducted by a couple of chefs who shared their culinary secrets with the participants who immensely enjoyed the hands-on culinary workshop.

From North of Italy to the South. The  hosts/instructors were  Chef Antonio Facchinetti from La Villa Restaurant and Chef Frederik Farina from Spasso Restaurant at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel A Journey through the Market  was presented by Chef Gianni Favro from Gianni Restaurant and Chef Luca Cesarini from La Scala Restaurant at the Sukhothai Hotel Authentic Sicilian Menu. Sicily is the home region of Chef Gaetano Palumbo from Rossini’s Restaurant at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Hotel, who was joined by Chef Andreas Bonifacio from Smart Catering

The classes have been held in an informal but lively atmosphere with reveal of recipe and Italian cooking tips at Cooking School of Central Food Hall, 7th floor Central World.
