SPLENDOR OF ITALIAN CUISINE

The Splendor of Italian Cuisine through the Centuries2nd – 10th June 2007 at 11 Best Italian Restaurants in Bangkok

The idea to bring to Bangkok the Splendid Cuisine of Italian ancestors was born form the high-spirited conversation of half a dozen Italian chefs.  They were considering how much the Italian ancestors enjoyed their life and their meals.  The objective of this project was to promote Italian Food and Wine through different menus proposed by Italian chefs and inspired by the ancient times.   Eleven top restaurants enthusiastically joined the project and presented a gorgeous range of succulent menus to their customers. The event was extremely successful and customers are waiting for the next Italian Culinary Week.
