LAVAZZA COFFEE SEMINAR ON THE CULTURE OF ITALIAN COFFEE AND LAVAZZA CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION

As part of the Italian Festival 2007, Great Earth International Co., Ltd., the authorized distributor of Lavazza, Italy’s Favourite Coffee in Thailand, has invited Mr.Tony Botterill, Training Manager of Lavazza, to share with coffee lovers, the story of Italian Espresso.

On the 29th –30th May 2007 at Emporium Tower and Pacific City Club, Mr. Tony Botterill, who came directly from Italy, presented new creative coffee recipes from Lavazza and the magic of creating creamy sexy milk foam in cappuccinos and lattes.  Other than that, he presented special coffee menu: “Espresso*”, the coffee you can eat, created by the chef Ferran Adria, and the new coffee recipe “Tandem”.

Ferran Adrià Acosta is a chef born on 14 May 1962 in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. He is the famous head chef of El Bulli restaurant in Roses, on the Costa Brava. Today he is considered one of the best chefs in the world and tops the European Restaurant Ranking.
