The film has been screened at the Foreign Correspondent Club in Bangkok, in the Maneeya Center Building in Bangkok, the 5th of June 2007. The Best Day of My Life is a 2002 award-winning Italian drama film directed by Cristina Comencini and is the story of a dysfunctional family as seen through the eyes of young Chiara (Maria Luisa De Crescenzo) who is about to receive her first communion. The family includes matriarch Irene (one of the most famous Italian actresses, Virna Lisi), who lives alone in a dacaying family villa, and her three grown up children.
