Born in Milan in 1928, Mario Galvagni is a renowned Italian architect and painter, whose distinguished work is extremely appreciated by art-lovers world wide. As an artist he was invited to present his work at the International Biennale of Venice in the editions of 1978 and 1986. . In connection with this event, Italian Chef Gaetano Palumbo will present a Special Menu inspired by Galvagni’s art work for a memorable dining experience at Sheraton’s Rossini Restaurant, starting at 19.00 hrs on 22 June. The mouth-watering arrangements of Italian ingredients will reproduce the colors and shapes of the artist’s paintings, through a creative display of hi-style cuisine.
