Francesco Cappuccio Brief Description :
Life' chronicles
Francesco Cappuccio was born in Caserta, Italy, in 1967. He studied architecture at the University of Naples, specializing in Product Design, and graduated in 1997 with a Master.

Inspirations and creations
the renowned creator, Francesco Cappuccio already took part in various design competitions and received numerous awards. His work was presented in different design publications and magazines. He worked as a free-lance product designer for different Venetian companies. He was also in the position of Art Director for the Tecna Light Brand and the Moti Spa Brand. In 2002, he founded Oppositelab, a design studio with offices in Italy.
A member of the Architects Guild of Caserta since 1997, Francesco has also become a recognized scholar, and promoted to be the chair of the master of Industrial Design at the Italian Academy of Arts and Design in Florence, Italy in 1999. He has also been a member of the jury of the Echi di Luce and the Third Millennium international design competitions.
He moved to Bangkok in 2003, where he teaches product design at the Accademia italiana (International Design Institute) and works as free-lance designer for different Thai home decorative accents producers and exporters: KP square, Plantation, Artitude, and Tactus.
